Timeless Garden in Salento IT
A place of quality and relaxation. Away from the hustle and bustle though just 15 minutes drive from Lecce, an ideal base for exploring the Salento's baroque historic centres, sunny beaches and the typical contryside of Southern Italy. We are located in the rural area of Lizzanello a small village near Lecce. The ring road of Lecce is 10 minutes drive (so a car is needed) and from it you can reach the amazing attractions of this region.
‘Giardino del Tempo’ Agritourism is ideal for a couple or two friends. We are child-free, specializing in hospitality for travelers from the age of fourteen upwards. Here you will receive a warm welcome, comfortable room and enjoy a delicious homecooked breakfast in our winter garden room.

Rooms
Five spacious and modern newly built double/twin rooms, ensuite, comfortable and fully equipped for your stay. Independent entrance, well insulated thermally and acoustically. Our rooms have air conditioning, 32in freesat TV, free wi-fi. The highlight is the private garden: a truly relaxing corner. Breakfast included.
Swiming pool
The pool is 12 metre (40 feet) long and 4 metre (approx. 13 feet) wide and 1 metre and 40 centimetres (4 feet) deep. The colouring is an intense blue reflecting the colours of the sky and the countryside. Use of the pool is reserved only for our guests, 10 people maximum.

Location
We are in a rural area and at the same time a few minutes drive from the centre of Lecce. Only 3 km (2 miles) away you can take the state road connecting you to the main tourist destinations, those known and those less known. 12 km (7 miles) away there is the Le Cesine nature reserve, WWF oasis. Check our satellite position yourself.

Salento offers beauty, history and culture. We love our area and want to share with you the charm of its culture and its amazing past history. But above all, we want you experience the "Grande Bellezza" (Great Beauty) of this almost island–like land, because Salento is a peninsula at the south–eastern end of the Italian peninsula.
You can enjoy, if like, a free guided tour of Lecce, the beautiful and fascinating Capital of Baroque architectural style (minimum stay 3 nights). A small library dedicated to Salento is at your disposal.

Rooms
The 5 rooms are newly built, furnished in modern style, comfortable and fully equipped for your stay. Independent entrance, well insulated thermally and acoustically. The rooms have a double bed or two single beds, just make a request when booking. The bathroom has the sink/shower area separated by a door from the sanitary area. There is air conditioning, freesat TV, free wi-fi, hot water produced by a solar panel, LED lights and mosquito nets. Minibar with bottles water included in the price.
Rooms are not suitable for guests under 14 years of age.
The highlight is the private garden: a truly relaxing corner. A small table with two armchairs under the pergola. Tranquillity, comfort and relaxation.

Terra 1 (Earth 1) room is large (30 square metres – 323 ft²) and comfortable for 2 guests. Built-in wardrobe with a safety box. An enclosed garden (15 square metres – 161 ft²) provide total privacy. Pricing Table

Aria 1 (Wind 1) room A well air–conditioned retread to relax in the long, hot summers in Salento. Aria 1 room is next to Aria 2 but completely independent. A large glass door to the private patio and in the background the countryside of our Agritourism with young fruit trees. Pricing Table
Aria 2 (Wind 2) room Spacious an well furnished Aria 2 room has a large bathroom with large shower compartment. The room faces north and the cool north wind blows under the pergola outside, ideal for summer evenings. Pricing Table
Acqua (Water) room No less then 50 square metres (538 ft²) with a sleeping area and living for a relaxing read on the sofa. Large windows with blackout blinds and an outdoor area with a hammock under the shade of the fig tree. Pricing Table

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify us as soon as possible by e-mail at info@giardinodeltempo.it. Please wait for our reading confirmation.
- If you cancel within 30 days prior to your expected arrival date, you will be entitled to a voucher equal to the down payment for a stay of at least the amount cancelled. The voucher will be valid for 1 year. The dates of your new stay will be accepted subject to room availability.
- For cancellations from 29 days prior to schedule arrival onwards, the deposit paid will not be refunded.

Breakfast
You can enjoy a delicious home cooked breakfast, a pleasant start to a day's holiday in Salento.
Sweet and savoury, we offer you quality, local and typical food.
Seasonal fresh fruit from our own production or otherwise farm-to-table food. The vegetable garden and orchard are at your disposal, with different gifts for each season, according to the rules of Mother Earth.

SWIMMING POOL
A 12 (40 feet) by 4 (13 feet) metre pool. It is 1 metre and 40 centimetres (4 feet) deep with an innovative filtration system that allows a reduced use of chlorine. The colouring is an intense blue reflecting the colours of the sky and the countryside. Use of the pool is reserved only for guests of the agriturismo, 10 people maximum. A corner of peace and silence appreciated especially during the weeks when the crowds storm the beaches of Salento. Two sunbeds under a parasol for each room. By the pool a shower with hot water heated by the sun.

BLUE LIKE THE SEA
About us
We are Patrizia and Sandro, we have a small agritourism in a rural area and a goal: pamper our guests and make them a gift of Time.
In our farm you can see the typical Salento landscape, stone walls, a rugged land where generations of farmers have struggled to grow vegetables with little water.
We don't consider ourselves owners of this estate but guardians of its survival. Every years we plant fruit trees of ancient typical species.
Our Logo depicts a spiral, an archaic symbol to represent the passing of the Time.
